Here’s how we do it
MoMA Video Game Acquisition and Programming
We worked with the Museum of Modern Art on their groundbreaking acquisition of 14 games into their permanent collection. After receiving the green light from the Museum to pursue adding to their collection, we worked closely with the Architecture and Design department on evaluating the key criteria as aquisition targets.
To support the opening of “Talk to Me,” we curated and produced a PopRally event for the most popular PopRally event to date with more than 1,400 attendees across multiple floors of the museum.
“Video games are reaching the big bosses in the world of high art, curated by [Gameplayarts]”
Opening Tribeca Film Festival’s inugural gaming event
Tapped by Tribeca Enterprises to bring gaming to their annual film festival, we produced, curated, and designed the first ever Tribeca Gaming Festival. In what is now an annual event, we built this program with ther Tribeca team from the ground up.
“Tribeca has led the way on the film-festival circuit in embracing video games as a creative art form, and the launch of the Tribeca Games Festival solidifies that position.”
